RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I booked an appointment to get hair and make up done and paid a deposit. Warning, they do not wash your hair they require you to wash and dry and show up. Even with this inconvenience I still decided to give this salon a try. I was running late the morning of, and I gave the salon a call informing them of this, I had no issue on the phone the worker said okay. Once I arrived the staff was so rude and made me feel so uncomfortable for being late I informed them that I did call before hand to notify them and they were so rude and 2 workers kept going back and forth with me which was so uncomfortable and I decided I was no longer interested in the service as I did not feel comfortable in such a hostile environment. I wouldn’t trust someone who seemed agitated with me to do my hair and make up. Find another salon that is welcoming if you’re interested in getting your hair and make up done. Update: Be careful when leaving reviews because the members of the store/family will find your social media account and then harass you. So unprofessional.

The worst experience of my life. I went to get eyelash extensions, and they injured my eyes. The lashes were glued to my eyelid, causing me significant pain. That same day, I had to have them removed because the pain was very intense.I called her to explain what was happening, and she did not have experience removing eyelash extensions. At that moment, she tried to remove them using scissors and a liquid, which made the situation worse and resulted in me needing medical care. They are constantly changing stylists, so I am not sure whether the service has improved or gotten worse.However, I would never return there. I feel compelled to speak up now, even though this happened about a year and a half ago. Since that incident, my eyelashes have never been the same.

I went in for a wax on a Sunday afternoon. Called ahead to confirm availability and she took me in right away. Twinkle was professional, efficient and did a great job with no hairs left behind. Pricing is very reasonable, I will definitely be back. I'm glad to have found this spot in the neighborhood!
